At Pratha Spices, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that does not meet our standards, we are here to assist you.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept requests for returns or replacements within 5 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged upon arrival
- An incorrect product has been delivered
- The packaging is tampered or compromised
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging and condition

3. Exchanges / Replacements
We offer replacements only in cases where:
- The product is damaged
- The wrong item has been delivered
For any other product preference, customers may place a new order separately.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and verified
- Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
5. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Products that have been opened, used, or consumed
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed
